This is a must win game. That call takes balls. If he doesn't complete it at least they went down swinging. Gb has dominated this game. That was more than just going for points. That was an attempt to swing the momentum and give his team a chance in a game that they likely had very little chance until that play. A FG can't swing momentum in that situation, a fake fg TD can.

 

A field goal puts you on the board. A botched fake FG and the game is over. All hope would be completely lost at that point. IMO not worth the risk. But either call could be the right call and you only know after it's happened.
