on an unrelated note this is going to be a long, long, long offseason. i hope the football disinterest switch flips fast and i stop caring. i keep huddling every hour hoping to read something new and interesting specific to the Panthers but it looks like it's going to be pretty uneventful for a while.

i'm also a fan of a good polska kielbasa and using it like a brat.

 

Oh yes!  I've done that many times.  My monthly treat, while in service, after being paid was to get a jar of pickled Kielbasa and a 6 pack and sit on a park bench until the whole jar and 6 pack were gone.  Heaven in those days.

I know....it's like a bunch of uncivilized chimps with no refined palette at all. When I put sauerkraut on my liver pudding, I always get the kind in the jar.....never that canned crap.

I like blackening them a decent amount on the grill.

the sausage? yes. me? nope. scotch/english/pennsylvania dutch...mostly scottish. not a much of a fan of haggis tho i will eat it from time to time at games and festivals.
