Perfect with onions/peppers all carmelized on a tosted bun. Spicy Mustard of course.

Prep on. The Bratz are simple..pan with high heat-pour some water(or beer if you want to waste good beer) and put a lid on it. It will evaporate and the you start to sear the outside. May need to repeat the steaming process if it happed to quick but throw some onions and red,yellow peppers in a pan until all sauteed and done!!
