Kubiak's got a loooonnng history in Denver.

Before he was OC, he was the quarterbacks coach.

A while before that, he was the Broncos backup quarterback for 8 years.

Guess who the starter was?

John Harbaugh will be understanding if Gary Kubiak contradicts stated plan to return to #Ravens, becomes #Broncos HC as Baltimore expects.

 

Those last three words are key.

 

So the Ravens, who would certainly be in a position to have a good read on the situation, believe that Kubiak will be offered the Broncos head coaching job, and he'll take it.

 

Sounds like they're already making contingency plans.

Only problem is they are in win now mode, they having an aging qb, a ton of talent on the offense side that has their rookie deals ending, they will need to win now or start to retool within the next year or two

 

 

If Peyton Manning comes back,i can see the Bronco's doing pretty good until late in the season,then  Manning's age will  start to catch up with him again and the team will start to fade.Not to hard to figure out.

The Broncos are gearing up to be Quarterback Central.

 

They could have former QB John Elway running the team, his old backup and QB Coach Gary Kubiak coaching, Kyle Shanahan or Rick Dennison calling the plays and Peyton Manning quarterbacking on the field.

 

That's a lot of offensive knowledge in one place.
