If Fox did manage to get Kyle Shanahan for his OC, it'd actually be wise to keep Clausen. He's suited to the kind of offense Shanahan would run.

If he goes back to a Coryell attack though (something which actually would better fit the kind of persona they're talking about getting back to) then bad luck for Jimmy.

In my opinion,John  Fox will get the Bears jump started rather quickly, if he's hired as head coach.However,the  Bears are in a rough division, so it might take awhile to be a playoff type team,especially since they will be playing the Packers twice a year..
