Mel Kiper Jr. Mock Draft 1.0 has us taking Andrus Peat

Peat would be fine, but also wouldn't be shocked by a guy like Nate Orchard, DE from Utah.  Kid has great instincts, athleticism and would be nasty opposite Ealy in the future.  Plus it gives leverage with CJ. Fits BPA and a guy that could be sitting there late in the first that would be hard to pass up.

love this dude. maybe the best, pure passrusher in the draft. reminds me a lot of J. Abraham.

I highly doubt it.  I'm hoping Ronnie Stanley falls to us tbh.  I think I like him as well, or better, than the top 5 tackles they have projected.

I had also hoped Notre Dame's LT Ronnie Stanley would fall to us but regretfully he's decided to stay in school and help the Fighting Irish try to win a national championship. Stanley said winning a national championship was more important to him than turning pro.

6'7" isn't an uncommon height for a lineman...(Jake Long, Matt Kalil, Joe Thomas), but I do worry that lineman that are so tall might not have the legs to support the weight. (Otah.) He doesn't look like he has the same build as Otah. He'd be the tallest guy on the line, an inch taller than Norwell. Don't know what his speed is. I'd like to see how he looks at the combine.

scouts love for OL/DL to have big bottoms, and lower legs. check out his.

Where is he transferring?

I mean, he did say winning a national championship was important to him, right?

I could see Gettleman going WR, OT, LB , S . Whichever is BPA when we pick . I also remember us drafting a MLB when we thought we had an all pro at the position.

Are talking about Luke or klein. Luke was drafted by hurney so he might not draft BPA just BPA at a position of somewhat of need ex: DE
