Any word on the Duran Carter visit?

I think Hakeem would have been a bigger focal point in our offense than Indy.

I mean come on everyone with two eyes knows he's better than cotchery regardless of stats. We had economic reasons like scot alluded to.

I'm expecting a significant upgrade with our offensive weapons. We have some leeway.

Sometimes personalities don't match with what we're trying to do along with economics

That he could have had better numbers here or been better than the guys we had?  That I can accept.

That he'd have been worth the money it would have cost to have him?  Really doubt it.

Suffice it to say not getting him wasn't the devastating, disastrous mistake some folks predicted it would be.

does someone have any examples of CFL players that have made adjustments to the NFL when moving over? I'm not talking about people like Ricky Williams who got kicked out the league and had to go up there to play. Warren Moon is the only guy I can  think of that was worth a crap in the NFL.

Cameron Wake, and Brandon Browner are two i can think of off the top of my head. Aikeem Hicks, DE for the saints played college ball up there as well.

More than likely yes.

But I can imagine kb being less targeted with Hakeem out there as our two. Cotchery should have been our #4 in a perfect world and would have been damn good.

That's why throwing up stats like you did was misleading. I think Hakeem made a terrible mistake signing with Indy. Honestly think he regrets it

His mistake though, not ours.

Nicks signed a 'prove it' deal, and failed to prove it.

We avoided overpaying 3.5 million for a guy that wasn't going to earn it.
