Per D.Newton. Bell seems like a nice enough guy and a team player. He is just not starting tackle material, but would be a valuable backup. He is a unrestricted FA for 2015. Coaches seem to like him (perhaps to much). Should they resign him to a light contract with the caveat that he understands his role, or just move on all together. His quote above appears that he is trying to prime the pump to get resigned with the Panthers. That's fine Byron, but at a much reduced roll.
