Only question I have about this is IF he is found guilty, will his time on the exempt list be counted already if he signs with another team.  If so, that proves the flaw of this "exempt list" Bullshit.

If he's completely exonerated he will still get a nice deal somewhere.  Maybe it will only be 80-90% of what he would have gotten before but he will still be too rich for our blood.  Now if he's found guilty and/or a bunch of unflattering stuff about him comes out during the trial he might be playing on a one super low deal somewhere.  Either way I can't imagine he's back here.
