Yep, Willis, Timmons and Bowman are the top three paid ILB on average salary at 10, 9.5 and 9 million respectively. That's what's Kuechly is worth and around what he'll end up getting paid.

While a middle tier QB with no upside like Alex Smith is worth 17 million a season, it's just how the NFL works.
