He found a TON of talent and with this teams cap situation we literally could have been a 2-3 win team. Instead we won 8 games and made the playoffs.

Signing the old vets didn't work out so well admittedly. Hopefully we will take another step next year to getting the cap right and we'll be able to add more young talent.

Speed is the key in this league right now. We lack it incredibly at most positions other than QB and LB and to a degree our CB. We are particularly slow at WR, S, OT (quickness and agility needed to be upgraded over Bell).

Not sure what will happen with Hardy and CJ but I'm hoping that gets that cleaned up...I trust DG ultimately and expect to land a few gems in the draft and hopefully an impact player or two on offense in FA.
