So...do you have a solution to this problem? Or are you just good at pointing out problems, and not so much at solving them?

Do we draft a QB? Or go with DA? Maybe Webb can get it done? How about a trade?

this. someone in another thread said this exact thing. these past two years werent meant to be success stories. it just so happened that they both were. i see it like this: we are also training the fanbase to have a winning mindset as well. you have to get through the adversity to have success. this fanbase is being tested, and God has been so gracious to us to give us more success than our teams were set up to have. the future is bright. stay patient friends

Perhaps the problem is the scheme and/or the organization not the QB

Comparing the Panthers organization to the Ravens and the Pats is like comparing a mule to a thoroughbred race horse

You can't win the Derby with mules and no strategy to run the race and that is what the Panthers do...year after year after year

If Gettleman is all people say he is, the Panthers will have a new offensive staff in 2015. If they don't we'll my PSLs go up for sale as it would be an indication that nothing ever changes. Just the people do.

I think those rookies and FA are solely on Gettleman. Those guys helped us greatly and have put use in a good position to improve without too many new Free Agents.

Here's the deal.

You need to do some shopping, well lots of shopping. So you fire up the old PC and go to work. WAIT!!! HOLD ON!! Before you get started reminder, you have a tiny budget and have credit cards bills coming in form HUGE passed purchases. But you still need these items, so instead of buying high priced stuff, you buy the cheapest chinese knock off and hope it works like last year. Then you watch craiglist like a hawk and hope to find some good used items that owners don't need/want anymore.

And so the chinese copys and craiglist things didn't work out like the year before, but you didn't spend barley anything so no issues with future credit cards bills. Remember just one more year of this, then no more hell..........until you have to buy that QBhome, LBcar and 2xDTpool&spa.......then a WRguesthome.

They are on the position coaches also, noticing talent and placing them in position to succeed. It was a great on him.
