Offseason Priority / Thoughts

First and foremost, we MUST fire Shula. Dude is mediocre at best. Never seen a dude dial up 50 yard 50 passes on every 3rd and short. Just complete fail. 

 

Also, I would hire the best OC money could buy. I want to see Cam with someone that actually knows what he is doing. 

 

At this point in time I am really hesitant on breaking the bank for Cam. He has just been insanely inconsistent as a QB over his career. Obviously not all his fault, but at the end of the day QB has to get the job done one way or another. 

 

As for the rest of the offseason we gotta beef up the offense through FA and the draft. I am quite satisfied with everyone on the OL besides Bell. Bell must be replaced at all cost. He just sucks ass.

We need more talent and depth. Simple as that. We need playmakers. Quit relying on undrafted rookies and guys off the street. Get rid of the garbage on this time, starting with that Shula dork
