Well, to be fair, LeBeau was the DC in Pittsburgh for only 4 of Cowher's 15 years (1995-1996, 2004-2014).

Cowher was the HC from 1992-2006.

 

Don't forget LeBeau spent many years in Cincy 1997-2002 and a year in Buffalo.
