He is a game manager, and a darn good one at that. I question whether or not he can succeed without said personnel around him, but no doubt he earned whatever contract they give him.

 

Game managers do not make insane plays all the time when their team needs it. Wilson makes them with his legs and arm.

I know a lot of people are homers, but get real. Wilson is not a game manager. Game managers don't make the plays he do. Game managers don't post 100+ QB rating every year. Just stop, the dude is one hell of a QB.
