The defense was horrible. Down by 4. The offense got the defense great field position, and the defense proceeds to not only allow them to move the ball, but then gave up 3 points.

Down 7. The defense then proceeds to give up another touchdown making it 14.

Down 14. With a slim chance, the defense allow them to pick up first down, after first down, and run out the clock.

Yep.

We weren't going to win this game. Our defense was off tonight. If we would've tied the game, Russell was just going to lead them to a TD.

Anyone notice Bell get blown up on the last INT drive [before we ended up getting the first down] where Cam took the sack.  Bell just walks away nonchalantly.  Please please please please lord baby Jesus let us find his replacement in the draft or free agency.

Bottom line. Seattle knows how to win. We don't. This game wasn't that far apart.

the panthers were sleepwalking the first quarter of this game. they were so composed they didn't notice seattle setting the tone. i'd rather have a fired up team that needs to calm down instead of the team we got tonight. that's all on the HC imo

In order for the Panthers to win, we needed the defense to hold the Hawks to around 14.

As Lynch said. At the end of the day, you don't just get rid of your team's top 4 WRs, and insert a rookie WR as your no. 1.

 

And if you are going to go all in on defense like the Panthers did, we cannot be giving up 14+ points in a Quarter to a mediocre Hawks offense.

Just ignore them man. I have/do. You notice the ones bashing him haven't said a word about any of the drops or the defense being trash tonight. The ones bashing haven't liked him from the start, so it's no use going back and forth. He had a pretty good game up until that last INT, but he could've played better. This was a team loss. All units played bad, tonight.
