Just a curious question, but being that Hill isn't signed to the roster.. how is he allowed to travel?

Doesn't that technically give us 54 players, even though Lotulelei isn't traveling (at least I don't think he is).

Presley ran a 4.64 at the combine. He's hardly a speed guy.

He ran a 4.38 at his pro day. The combine is not the end all be all. If you paid attention when he was on the field for punts you'd know he was in the returners face on a punt with 4.5 second hang time traveling 55 yards through the air. That puts him at around a 4.4.

Yes he is a safer bet than our practice squad WR who hasn't been able to even make it to the bench on a team desperate for one. He was a college receiver and actually uses his hands to catch.
