Hawaii, nice to visit. After that first year it becomes really small.

We were out at Scofield barracks doing some training because Kaneohe has no area for that. I'm stumbling around in the dark because I thought I could navigate by the stars. I'm looking up and bump into someone. I say, "Sorry dude". And he starts, 'Son do you know who I am? I'm command sergeant major numb nuts of something brigade of cocksuckers...'. I let him finish and said, do you know who I am? He said no and I took off running

Lol. Sounds just like a CSM. The only thing they care about is making sure people don't walk on their grass and correcting young soldiers on the most irrelevant poo.

Sounds like someone is mad cause when Russell was at NCSU, where he graduated.  He skull fuged the poo out of a certain blue school.

My problem isn't with Russell Wilson and the "blue school" can go fug itself too.  Like I said my problem is with the nc state fan (bandwagon jumper).  Russell is good.  I think we can agree that TOB/State really fuged up that situation.

I pull for Russell as an NCSU fan.  Not this week, mind you.  And you are right, we can agree the situation was fuged.  But I can understand what TOB was thinking, even though I disagreed.

But yeah, it is annoying to pull for a team because of one player.  I know a guy that is a hardcore chargers fan because of Philip Rivers.  That is obnoxious.

I don't think it is ridiculous for State to stake claim at Russell success, though.  He was a big part of the program for years, and still continues to be.

I wasn't a CSM but I was a MGySgt (retired) and can tell you I never enjoyed walking around correcting Marines. That said, we allow our young NCOs to be leaders and most of the small stuff gets corrected at that level. If the Army did the same, maybe you wouldn't have to wear the glow belts with your cammies.
