Who thinks we'll actually beat Seattle on Saturday?

Can we win? Absolutely.

Do I think we will win? It depends on which Panthers team shows up. If it is the curbstomp New Orleans and Atlanta Panthers, then yes. If it is the mistake making/poorly coordinated team we've seen a lot this year, absolutely not.

The keys to this game will be stopping the run, stopping the mobile QB, and capitalizing on mistakes. Whichever team does those three things the best will win.

The crowd noise will play a huge part, so they have that advantage. But, otherwise, I think our team matches up well against them.

My prediction is that we limit our mistakes and have a good ground game, and our OL does a surprisingly good job aiding Cam to make some key throws.

17-13 Panthers

The Hawks offense has put up 1 TD in 3 of the last 6 home games...and only 2 in two of the other three games.

Offensive jugarnaut you are NOT

And yet we've been comfortably in the lead and in position to score TD's at the end of those games and have intentionally ran the clock out....

Also, fans of other teams may not be aware of it, but the Hawks quietly ended been top 10 in offense both in terms of Yardage (#9 375.8 ypg, Carolina ended #16 346.7 ypg) and points scored (#10 24.6 ppg Carolina ended up #16 21.2 ppg)

Do we have a chance?

Most definitely.

However, the Panthers aren't playing the hapless Cardinals anymore, a team without a decent QB or punter.

Seattle is a team that will be able to take full advantage of the Panthers mental errors in ways the Cardinals could not.

Unless Carolina significantly elevates their offense and special teams performance this weekend, they won't advance in the playoffs.

Prediction:

Panthers overcome their ADD and crush the Seahawks 28-10

Guess you consider 6-6 in the 4th quarter against the Rams "comfortably in the lead".........
