As you can see, the supposed landlord of this property, Catherine, chose to stoop to a level of lies and slander against a tenant (me), instead of owning up to her fault. That's the kind of professionalism you will be dealing with. If you're wanting to get things like cleaning supplies, dishes, and other things stolen from your apartment by the "maintenance man," Daniel and his illegal helpers, this is the place for you.

Still unsure? Ask neighbors in the area what a crime pit and eyesore this place is. Or, better yet, stop by for a walk-through yourself.

 

 

 

This place is horrible. The landlord is horrible, the roaches are horrible, and the location is even worse. The ad for this place claimed that it was in a beautiful part of Oak Lawn. This is quite possibly the absolute worst part!

It's crazy noisy 24/7 from all the bars in the area; druggies and homeless people hang out around our building, and dig through our dumpsters at all times of the day; drunk people get in fights INSIDE and OUTSIDE the building (cops are called on the regular); your packages get stolen from your mail somehow, and did I mention the roaches??? This place should be condemned it's so old. And don't count on getting anything fixed, ever, because the "maintenance man" doesn't live anywhere close to the building, and only comes in his "off time." So yeah. There's that.

 

 

The worst place in oak lawn to live.The floors are unlevel.Doors wont close..The last review was correct.The landlord their is a nightmare.Dont rent from that monster.Tiny aptments, hallways smell, Just a nightmare of building.Save money keep looking.No cental heat or Ac.Only 2 washers 1 dryer....
