And of one team that would say that and mean it, it would be the Seahawks. Every other team is bitter about it but you play within the rules. Changing the format would water down divisional games. It's important to keep interest high for interdivisional games that have seeding implications later in the year. 4 teams playing each other twice are far more likely to involve games that determine seeding than 16 teams play each other once. You follow my logic? The losing record thing is an anomaly and I see no need for it to change. Want in the playoffs, win your division. Want to follow an NBA format, just ask yourself, who in the hell follows the NBA anymore.

This Oline is a different animal then the first matchup. Norwell,Remmers, and Turner is all you need to know. Stew wasn't starting and tearing it up...Cam was still beat up....bring it on boys.

And it should stay that way. Sadly people fail to realize we were a half game out of finishing .500 and the Giants won the Super Bowl after an 8-8 season so I don't understand all of the hate for a team finishing a half game out of that. Our season resembles the Giants of that season as well so it is anybody's guess how we do. That said, there were no clear favorites that year like the Packers and Hawks this year.

 

Personally, I think this will be a good game and like i've said in other threads, I think the score will be in the 17/20-13 range. Who wins is anyone's guess but I think the crowd noise factor is overblown. Cam operates using simple hand signals anyway so as long as the offensive line figures out some sort of patting pattern to relay protections then i'm not too concerned. We have actually been playing better on the road in loud environments as long as we jump out to a lead, however small.
