Panther's Locker room postgame

Glad that Rivera was adamant about how they need to play better. The play of the defense today was spectacular for the most part, and record-breaking in yards, but we can't give up easy redzone TDs like that. Can't turn the ball over, can't have Cam missing guys, can't have guys giving up on routes and can't have guys dropping the ball. We were lucky to come out of that with a win, and really need to step it up if we want to beat Seattle or Green Bay in their tough home environments.

I agree that we need to clean up the mistakes if we want to compete with the top tier, but we weren't lucky to win that game. they were lucky to even be in it.

I agree with the sentiment, and in the context of the game it's true. We're in the playoffs with a losing record. The panthers are for sure very lucky

if it weren't for turnovers they never would have sniffed the red zone anyways. Defense imo was close to perfect tonight

Ron seems to be getting "it" again.

Hopefully he keeps "it" this time because as far as the players go, they love him which is a very undervalued piece to being a successful head coach (in my opinion).

As for the mistakes, he's dead on. Not many teams can win games with three turnovers and a missed field goal regardless of the opponent.

Clean up the protection issues on the blitz, figure out something on special teams regarding the return game, and let Cam get some extra time with his receivers this week to clear up any route mix ups, missed throws, and drop issues.

Other than that, it's full speed ahead.

what I meant was that the Cardinals were lucky to be in it.  We dominated the game, and our mistakes allowed them to stick around for a lot longer than they should have.
