I don't know if it's just the way they mic things up or what.. but the Pittsburgh game seemed much much louder. im sure our fans were loud, but there was a huge difference in presentation quality between the two games.. I guess that's just espn vs nbc

 

I noticed that too, going back and watching last night's game, ironically just to see how it sounded on TV.

 

I think ESPN mutes the crowd noise more than NBC does. Tirico always was the dominant sound even during the big plays like the fumble recovery. On the other hand, I've noticed during NBC games that when a big play happens sometimes Al Michaels will get drowned out by the crowd until the play ends.

This was the fewest opposing fans I've seen in all my years coming to the stadium. And I LOVED it!

 

 

I think I only saw 5 Cards jerseys the whole day. Definitely the fewest opposing fans that I've ever seen.

Add me to the "I have no voice" list as well. Section 538 was rocking pretty good and I very rarely sat down. Between the Saints game last year in the rain and last night it will be hard to beat those two experiences. Unreal!

well done you magnificent fugers. i had a couple of very generous people offer me a ticket to the game, but i had to decline due to hosting a huge party at my house. all of us got super drunk and despite zoning out to dumb things like volume, we all noticed how goddamn freaking loud it was during the entire game. charlotte repped and we love you all.

Had a New Year party at my house as well.......  but we all watched the game and roared and screamed throughout it
