Cam see's certain guys as mentors... Deion and Ray Lewis are two of them.

 

He's going to act more like them than he ever will act like Peyton or Brady. Cam still needs some growth, but we can win with him now.

 

But all of this... critiquing his attitude and his demeanor... its really getting stupid. It becomes less and less about football and more about rationalizing your own prejudices.

 

He's a great kid.. hasn't been in any trouble since he got here. Been giving to the community and just wants to win. Shut up and enjoy the playoffs.

No secret Cam missed a couple guys and was clearly not stepping into his throws like he should be he still showed promise. It wasn't like he was quick to leave the pocket and use his legs, he always stayed straight up and always kept his eyes down field and in my opinion that comforting enough. He can/will improve and we all saw it earlier in the season when he was throwing lights out but the pocket always collapsed too quickly now he just needs to regain his mechanics which were obviously affect by his recent and numerous injuries.

Too solely blame Cam for the this teams inefficiency on the offensive side of the ball is not just laughable but terribly close minded and moronic....
