Waivers vs. Free Agents

Last year this site did not differentiate between players that had been recently dropped from strong teams (what I call "waivers") and free agents that are available but were not on a roster prior to the previous week (or never at all).

In my mind, dropped players should be offered to lowest performing teams first and as such I have the league set to create a new waiver order each week from worst to first. This also makes it fair to owners who cannot log on every day. You still have to be aware that a dropped player is someone you want as they are only locked in waivers for three days. There will be three waiver rounds per week.

After that 3 day time all players are available on a FCFS basis.
