Ron can't coach to save his life. Good god man, get yourself a legitimate OC so you won't ever have to worry about our offense.

 

I'd argue just the opposite.  He seems only capable of coaching when his life is on the line.

Going on win streaks too late in the season to make the playoffs?  Yep.

About to get fired midseason and somehow going on an 8 game tear? Yep.

Having a horrific let down of a season getting blown out multiple times yet somehow sneaks into the playoffs?  Yepppp.

If we could set Rivera up with 1 game contracts that only get renewed on a win I think he'd be undefeated.
