Thankfully no.  Most people want to see him run behind a line that actually blocks, then if he sucks thanks for your contribution. Lots of people think Dwill would be able to contribute with an NFL quality line.  Not whatever kind of line that was out there prior. But you know it's hard to stop the rabble once the torches are lit and the pitchforks are all sharpened.  Once they get like this they will not let it go, unless that person has a good game then they STFU until next game.  Or say something like " I always have said I like him, but ..."  excuse.   After Sunday, all the usual suspects  except  Deangelo weren't available.

 

Shula = game got out of hand so fast nothing really for them to whine about.

Dwill = in progress

Bell = had a miscue or 2 but Cam covered it up by being Cam, other than that fairly solid game.

Godfrey = N/A

Fua = N/A

Ron Rivera = We destroyed the falcons in the Dome.  They can only whine about him not saying Dwill is never gonna touch the ball again.

 

"Honorable Mention " Kelvin Benjamin. and his drops (even though Steve Smith has just as many and he is a veteran..shhhhhhh don't mention that).

 

 

Just to be fair to both of those guys they are also at the tops in the League in terms of targets. Of course dropping a 5 yard gain versus a potential Touch Down is huge so when they occur matters.

I have said numerous times. I don't get caught up in players. Like prior to last season when I warned 89 was potentially looking at his last season bc another dip and play and the franchise wouldnt think his poo was worth putting up with......that stance got me labeled an 89 hater.

Love 89. Just could ackonlwoge he was a jerk and teams don't put up win that from old dudes long

By the OP I thought he went on an absolute rant.  He responded with a CORRECT, honest and politically correct answer.

I for one don't want Stewart's hot streak to end. However giving DeAngelo a few change of pace carries shouldn't kill that.

 

 

Unless he fumbles the damn ball - of course he never does that .........

Just give the man a chance to run in our current conditions. Not saying I want him to take over the majority of the reps, but I'm not going to talk down about him and how I think he will perform until I see him get his chance to play in a more fortunate situation. I hope he plays as well as Stewart has and if not as well, above the expectations of many of the fans.

 

 

how many times do you want to see us punt this Sunday before your delo experiment is complete ?

He has a big social media presence for a guy that hasn't played much. I just try to ignore it because I have nothing nice to say about it.

Posting about yourself on Facebook and Twitter is a "big Social media presence"? I guess my aunt has a big social media presence.
