Reasoning for Suh Suspension Being Lifted

That wasn't the reason. Nfl prohibits suspension on a first time offense.

Now while we all no it wasn't the first time he did this, let me explain....

Conduct policy states that a "repeat offender" is defined by having committed an offense that brought forth league enforcement of punishment twice in a matter of 32 games.

Suh was in his 32nd game vs GB therefore he was operating on a "clean slate" not punishable by suspension.

That's the real reason he won the appeal. It wasn't legal.

I get what you're saying, but if the rule is 32 games with no bad conduct, shouldn't he have to make it through 32 full games without issue?  If I'm understanding your post correctly, he was in his 32nd game.  It seems like this would have had to happen in his 33rd game to be considered his first offense.

Just my opinion, not based on the facts :)

Personally I don't give two sh_ts about the impact on the team or the fans for Suh's suspension.  The NFL (not Goddell this time) has pretty much laid a precedence that there's two sets of rules; one for stars, and one for everyone else.  This can be a slippery slope.
