 The Panthers have player's only meetings all the time.  They call them "huddles."

Their defense is usually solid but it has been giving up points and rushing yards than earlier in the year. It is probably the "do your job and stay disciplined" speech to hold each other accountable and stop the slide going into the post season.

The Panther players decided to hold our players only meeting last Sunday .... In Atlanta, in their stadium .... Kicking their ass up and down the field. I think everyone enjoyed themselves.

I also heard they are getting into Charlotte on Thursday, New Years day instead of Friday. Trying everything they can, can't blame them. Too bad it all won't work.
