More Pressure playing depleated Cards..?

I really thought, and you could too, that we are playing with 'house money' right now.. after the Vikings debacle I had thrown in the towel on the season and if you even mentioned The Playoffs - i would invoke the Jim Mora spirit and reply with "i just hope we can win A game!"

But here we are, first evar Bak-to-Bak NFC South Champs and a home playoff game starring us in the face Saturday against the Cardinals - who had the best record in the league at the time we were imploding against the Vikings..

So shouldn't we be happy just being here? shouldn't we be happy with what we have accomplished already??

unfortunately or fortunately - No!! we are actually favored to win this game in spite of all the above i have stated. We have more pressure on us to win this game than any other 7-8-1 playoff team ever in the history of the league (only one other losing-record team has ever made it).. Isn't it humerous that we will be looked at like a failure if we lose to Lindley or whoever they throw our there on the field? I think there is More Pressure on us to win this weekend than any other team playing in Wildcard weekend. Both AFC games are toss ups and no one would be surprised if either team won.. Dallas should probably win against Detroit, especially with Suh's suspension. But we have to bring it against the Cards this weekend to continue to shove the rest of the league and media's face into their own poo in the carpet and let them know that we aren't just playing with house money and that we are legit and not just happy to make the playoff and be one and done..

I found this interesting/amusing... Calais Campbell was on DP show this AM, they were talking about all the injuries AZ has suffered through this season. The question: "if Lindley goes down, who is the emergency QB?"

The answer: "Ted Ginn..."

I do hope the team still has a bitter taste from last January, uses that as drive to do more than then.

A chip & a chair, we have a shot, make it happen....
