Marc Trestman for OC?

He runs a ball control O.....yet has been given weak OLs. Yet we still have won overall.

His young QB has his WR corp completed overhauled and has been hurt all year.

Shula is boring. Boring can be effective.

 

When you have an elite D all you need is a OC to not completely crap the bed. So the winning record means little. It was off the back of the D not the O. 

 

Boring can be effective. He can run the ball on every play for all I care, as long as it results in TD's. 

 

That aint the case though. Cant tell you how many times he calls long ass routes on 3rd and short. Ridiculous. 

 

Always do good in a hurry O, but yet we only see that when its too late.

I'd love to see Cam paired with a OC worth a damn

I really am not a fan of Mike Shula... but one of the only reasons I want to keep him is because of his relationship with Cam. He was his QB coach before he was an OC and I really think they have developed a great relationship to where Cam can be open about what he wants to do and continue growing. Mike and Cam are both growing together, and it seems like the more they're on the same page, the more successful the offense will be.

But if he's fired.... I shall not shed a single tear.
