With many of these players, Gordon included, its not their various offenses that are the main trouble; its the repeated display of HORRIBLE decision making. That is not fixable. He is a cancer. This isn't a T.O.-Randy Moss-WR Diva problem, it is a Matt Jones-Not going to be in the league anymore- problem.  There is no use in signing talent if the talent is not on the field.
