Should we resign Byron Bell?

Man I just hate how we come off a dominating win and take the division..yet some are already crapping and finding fault with our team before the season for us is even over!

Seriously, you knuckleheads will have 6 months to lay down your gripes and make stupid ass threads about this or that player in time. How about supporting the team (and ALL its members) while we try to make a run in the playoffs?

Heaven knows if I had admin powers, I'd ban this OP for even bringing such stupid mess up! Get over it...what he deserves doesn't mean a darn thing right now!

Yeah, I think they will resign Bell and let him compete for job.  However, I think a bigger question is what they plan to do with Amini.  I don't think it is coincidence that the O-Line started to play better when Amini was not playing.  Clearly the free agent rookie (Norwell) has outplayed the 2nd round pick with a lot more experience).

Man oh man this is some revisionist history.

That three month losing streak did happen, and he was a big part of it. Just because we found competent linemen in Norwell and Remmers doesn't mean all of a sudden Bell is good.

Was he? He was injured badly in at least 3 of those losses. The only reason he played  was because there was no one behind him. Remember Foucalt? If only Jeff Otah was willing to do battle like Bell.

He's a low end starter. But we made the playoffs two straight years with him. We probably could have won more games if he was healthy.

Injuries hampered him mid-season, but it’s fair to say Byron Bell’s been at least serviceable, no?
