Media missed the rarity of this game we just played

if I am not mistaken...................is not this the first time in the history of the NFL.........or all organized football.................or any organized sport that two teams with losing records played for a  title and the rights for one to go into the post season??

 

I believe never in the history of organized sports in this country or the world for that matter has such a match up occurred?

 

If I'm right about this the media missed a huge opportunity to play up that angle of this game...........

I think the Rams were 7-8 at the time and if they won they would have been 8-8 or something like that. But the seahawks won which made them both 7-9 and gave the hawks the tiebreaker.
