once the guys he drafted and brought in started on the offensive line it was an immediate upgrade.  we're getting big time production out of a ton of his draft picks.

 

the guy knows what he's doing in spite of some unpopular yet fundamentally sound decisions he made early in the year.  he has a strong scouting background and has been around enough championship football to probably have something of an idea of how to build a contender.  the cherry on top is that we won this title on a shoestring budget and our cap situation is being mended which should make us competitive down the road as well.

6 weeks ago most of us had this team finishing with 4 wins at best. Then the staff inserts these young and no name players and all of a sudden here we are. It's a thing of beauty and I will not questions DG again.

I'd still say LT is a glaring weakness.  Even the past few weeks with the OL playing well, I've still seen Bell routinely fuging up and standing around with that stupid look on his face visible even through the face mask.  Other than that, yea I'm more or less comfortable with where we're at with other positions.  We could use a quick young speedster WR with good hands and a good S to replace Harper, but we have no dire holes in my opinion.
