Just got around to watching it for the first time last night. I agree with Rodeo. A+. I'd rank it as tied for second with Reservoir Dogs for Tarantino's best film yet.

I'll have to watch it again but right now, no way it comes anywhere near the top of my list of favorite QT movies.

I bought it on blu ray for 11 bucks at Target...didnt like it that much. The bad guy was very good but way to much talking for my taste.

I'd put it at 4th best, behind Pulp, Dogs, and Kill Bill...

I agree the actor that played Hitler stole the show from his first appearance. The funniest scene to me though, was watching Pitt speaking his "Italian" at the show. I was rolling over that one, add in that you had Diane Kruger in the film made me like it even more

Death Proof was an homage to 70s action horrors.. and like most Q films, an acquired taste, especially if you've ever seen some of the drek that was produced for that genre first-hand.

Fantastic movie. Probably my favorite QT film, but his movies are very hit or miss with me.

That movie didn't end right! I wonder in 10 years how many people will believe it to be truth....

That said....it was alright. I thought The Hurt Locker was better.

I didn't really like this movie. I just couldn't get into it and was put to sleep. The dialogue was great, the story was pretty good, and the subtle humor was excellent so I'm not sure why but I just couldn't get into it.
