The shooter we drafted this year shoots 31% from the field. Haha.

I mean, really. At some point Rich Cho is going to need to be held accountable here. Numerous top ten picks, lots of cap room to work with, and the most we have to show for it is a token first round sweep last year and a bunch of underwhelming basketball players drafted as projects that could never pan out.

There's absolutely no reason for this team to be this bad considering the opportunities that were presented, yet here we are.

This team will win 35 games and pick that Porzingis guy 8th and it'll be rinse wash repeat.

In fairness to Cho for the PJ pick he would've been lynched by the fan base if he didn't take PJ. I said it in the draft thread here, it was a fan service pick. Plain and simple.

You draft to win, not to feel good on draft night.

You know what pick was absolutely ripped on draft night? Russell Westbrook at 4 to Seattle.

It's more a matter of Cho being a bad talent evaluator than anything else. Taking supposed potential over impact players, especially in an offseason like we just had, where you all but said "we are here to contend right now."

I don't disagree. But it is what it is. I think Cho's days are numbered.
