To be a corner in this league you have to be cocky. I liked that he was honest about the early days when he would go for it instead of playing within the scheme. Especially at Coastal Carolina where he can get away with those types of aggressive moves.

Norman is one of my favorite players on defense after Kuechly and Davis. Those that think they need more need to listen to what the coaches say about him. He is a talent and now he is learning to play within the team. He is dangerous. He won't shut out Jones but I believe he will contain him enough that Ryan will stop looking his way.
