Why do you need a hotel? Take train or Greyhound down and ride back with us so that you don't have to spend the night or pay for gas.

Fyi guys a bus ride is only 28 bucks from Charlotte, train is 118, flight 500 dollars lol

227 miles from I-85/I-77 to just outside the Atlanta city limits.  Best time I've ever driven it is 3hrs -- typical average is a shade under 3.5 hrs.

Friend of mine did same trip in 2.5hrs.

 

I don't recommend that version.

working on it, I will prolly take the greyhound.  trying to figure out times. and how I'm gonna get from the greyhound terminal in atl to the tailgate, its like a 30min+ walk
