First post here.  Pittsburgh fan by heart, rest of my family are Carolina fans so I've "adopted" the Panthers as my NFC team of choice.  Best of luck from your annual pre-season buddies, give the Falcons hell!  And here's to your team making some noise in the playoffs to shut up the squawking about how the NFC South sucks... I could totally see Carolina destroying Arizona.

Praise the football gods!  I am attending a family Christmas gathering on Sunday at brother in laws that was to start around 10 and go until around 3 (bunch of non-football fans).  I was going to be in agony waiting to get home and keep away from TV's and my phone.

I understand.  It's been 18 years and 1 day since the Panthers have beaten the Steelers.  Maybe they'll get another chance in February?

Crap! I went from attending this game to not attending because I miscalculated the date and the price of tickets being to high. I'll be in Texas instead of home in upstate SC. Was going to watch the game and then drive straight thru to home in SC. Now this puts me another 3 hours later trying to find a place to watch the game in Texas. Has a TV coverage map been published yet?

I believe it's the nationally televised CBS game. You should get it anywhere, I believe.

Cross-flex games (where FOX carries a visiting AFC team and CBS carries a visiting NFC team) rules indicate that if CBS takes a FOX game, FOX can take a CBS game, and vice versa.

 

Week 15, Cincinnati @ Cleveland was flexed by FOX (would normally be aired by CBS).

 

Hence, CBS is taking CAR@ATL in week 17.
