Who's better than Norman?

Top 15?

A 5 game stretch against bad teams shouldn't make anyone a top 15 CB unless you were sitting at #16.

Before this stretch Norman wasn't top 50

All he can do is play who's in front of him. Since Rivera has been playing the younger guys our secondary has improved. It seems the defense has a balance for once instead of a great pass rush hindered by a trash secondary.

Same thing as saying Stewart plays like a top 10  RB. But he doesn't have the stats to prove it. Does it make it less true?

there are so many variable including front end and back end help that can make a corner better or worse than they are. now we have solidified the safety position and the front four are playing well, Norman is playing better. All those guys listed have good safeties and pass rushers so of course they are the top guys right now.

Again, I say the same with those championing our OL is now legit. Look at the competition. Horrible QB play.

Also, Norman rode the bench for almost all the Lions game. He didn't even play a quarter of the snaps.

How have they accumulated those stats against other teams with this terrible QB play?? Or is it only terrible against us?

Maclin - 38 yards on 3 catches

Jones - 58 yards on 6 catches

Jennings - 45 yards on 5 catches - 1 TD.

Gordon - 45 yards on 4 catches (INT)

Baldwin - 61 yards on 6 catches (INT)

Evans/Jackson - 50 yards on 4 catches - 1TD

Don't remember who he shadowed in the two NO games. He also has 9 PD's over that time period as well.

Norman doesn't play ever snap on the opposing 1 WR.

Didn't Matthews juke by him for a TD against Philly? Catch probably wasn't his fault bc some coverages allow stuff but not keeping him out of the endzone was

What does PFF say?
