I've had two life threatening experiences and I'm still an asshole.

I was in a coma from a car hitting me on a bike when I was 13. I think I may a but callous as well. Though it's only because poo that's important to everyone else, really isn't as important after something like that happens.

Cam already said the accident gave him perspective........that football is just a game and that he doesn't care when he got back on the field and that what matters most is being with his family right now.

I don't think it will make him play better but your dead wrong if you don't think it will put things in perspective.......for a short while. And that perspective does create change. It's not like 5 years from now he will be like omg I almost died in a car wreck. But those incidents stay with you subconsciously

Agree with OP. I think the new Cam will surprise everyone. Nothing like having your life flash before your eyes to help u refocus.
