And being too agressive and throwing an int ends the game.

If we had been in FG range (like we were) and had thrown an int, all of you would be screaming for RR's head saying how stupid of a coachng move it was to call a passing play....because God knows none of you would have blamed Cam for the int.

Nope. I've always preferred aggressiveness to the "play not to lose" mentality. Rivers doesn't trust the players...

Had we been aggressive and thrown an int or fumbled, so be it. I'd rather lose trying to win than lose being a chicken ass chicken.

Missed FG against the Bengals.  Dropped TD against the Bengals.  Rivera being a pussy against the Bengals.  Rivera being a pussy against the Seahawks.  Rivera being a pussy AND idiot against the Falcons.

Just one of those turning out differently and this current situation could be completely different.

Some people in here forgetting just about that exact same scenario in ATL a few years ago, punting with ~1min in the game, pinned them inside their 5.  They march down the field and win the game.  So yea, even if we had hit that FG there would have still been a VERY real possibility of losing the game.
