Collins signed a 5-year 30 million dollar contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on 3-13-14.

while i agree there are conflicting stories about whether or not DG made an offer.

i have to disagree with anyone that believes DG was not prepared to match Tampas offer.

Devante Parker would do some serious damage alongside KB and Olsen.  People who dont know about him should.  He'll be the second receiver off the board.

i think Brandon Scherff is one of the best collegiate prospects in the country.however winning back to back NFCS championships and creating a winning environment is way more important than your draft position,imho.
