Changing my stance on fake bewbs

This is significant.  I used to be pro-natural only.  This has changed over time, due to a number of mitigating factors:

1.  Overall prevalence.  It seems 40% of women over the age of 25 has had some work done.

2. Quality of work.  Plastic surgery has come a long way.  To the point that it can be difficult to tell at times.

3. Restorative effect: Let's face it.  Time is not kind to the natural breast.  If a little tune-up can return glory to a once-proud breast, I'm all for it.

4.  They're real if I can touch them.  Self explanatory.

Thoughts?

I've never considered them "fake" at all.

I PREFER natural, but enhanced can be very very nice too.

If not fake, there is definitely a point where augmentation can cross into 'surreal' or perhaps 'parody' either because of size or poor quality. Tara Reid, for example.

Oh no question it can be over done.  It's all about proportion and unfortunately some ladies forget about that in the quest for bigger ones...

Very similar to guys lifting weights and never doing leg day.

I figure a good rule of thumb is an increase of 2 cup sizes is plenty, more than that and it can start to get wonky.
