All she has to do is update her registration and get a license, send in proof that all has been resolved, and then it will go away.  This would be inadmissible anyway.  Highly doubt the defense even tries to enter it, as it would look like Hardy is trying to parade Holder to the jury as a young, stupid girl--that could do more harm than good.

 

For the registration issues perhaps.  But with the revoked license, I don't think that is true.  Usually, it means the time that her license is revoked is extended for a year.  But I agree it will have no impact on Hardy's case.
