Kraken no trial date, Nicole Holder another court date

So gearing up for the unexpected Super Bowl run without 10% of our salary cap, I curiously did a search on the public NC Court system site hoping to find some new trial info.  http://www1.aoc.state.nc.us/www/calendars.Offense.do?submit=submit&case=5902014011294&court=CR  No listing of the Hardy/Holder trial, but Holder has done no new favors to her cred by having a January court date for Driving on a Revoked License and Driving with an Expired Registration.  Small beans maybe, but how much does this ***** have to do to have her cred shot to smithereens?  The entire situation on every level sends my mind into a tailspin of a tizzy.  Ridiculous.  If this is not the same Nicole Holder, my sincere apologies.

All she has to do is update her registration and get a license, send in proof that all has been resolved, and then it will go away.  This would be inadmissible anyway.  Highly doubt the defense even tries to enter it, as it would look like Hardy is trying to parade Holder to the jury as a young, stupid girl--that could do more harm than good.

Yes, ladies and gentlemen of the jury, my client may have slammed her arm in a toilet seat and threw her by the neck across the room onto a pile or automatic weapons.  But there is something you do not know.  Something that will change the very essence of this case.

Did you know that the defendant drove with a REVOKED LICENSE!!!

Objection, your honor!!

Withdrawn.  I have no further questions.  I rest my case.

I pied you because you spelled "trial" correctly.

For those dismissing DWLR, many go to jail for this.  Oftentimes they do not unless there are other factors or a long history of this, but nonetheless, DWLR is an arrestable offense in and of itself.

I knew a guy who did a few months for Driving with a revoked license.  Of course, he had 8 of them in 5 different counties, and neglected to show up for court for about half of them.
