Matt Moore is way too low.  Miami has a future HOFer riding the pine.

Painter being ahead of DA.      At least DA,  at one brief period in his career as a starting qb,  looked "alright".            Painter has always looked abysmal.   As a back-up and as a starter.

In their defense, Shaun Hill and Sanchez are playing decent in their starting roles. They did, however, completely blow DA, Cousins, Bortles, Glennon, and Manziel. Does Cleveland have another backup, because that guy should be the only Cleveland QB on the list.
