usually the rails weigh the same or less than the stock heat shields. depends on the brand and quality, though. the bipod, grip and flashlight actually help keep the barrel low when firing quickly.

 

note: I've never used or seen a bipod quite like the one pictured, with telescoping legs

 

Bipod is UTG.  It was on lightnining deal on Amazon for $22.

It jammed once after 150 shots.

 

I got home, took it appart, cleaned and yea, lubed the poo out of it

I've been trying to find a reasonable light/laser combo w/ fore grip. I have big hands so finding a larger size grip that actually works.

Any of you guys had any trouble with Eotech scopes. A few of my friends say they've had some issues.

No, man. You should know a human body and drywall aren't going to stop a round. You've gotta account for where that thing ends up.

Where I live I might be shooting my neighbor. But really never shoot one in an apartment. I can't wait to close on the new place. 300 acres, five horse stalls, indoor riding arena, and the phone company ran a fiber optic line to it a few years ago.
