Is Amazon prime worth the money?

been enjoying a couple of the shows on prime as i have a free trial.  Is it worth paying for ?

I think so. The shows, the faster and free shipping for items, Amazon Prime Music, etc. If you aren't living in a box on the street it's a yearly bill.

If you order a lot of stuff from Amazon, the Prime shipping alone is worth it. Plus, you get the shows, music, books, etc.

Worth it... I buy my Keurig coffee, diapers and other crap with free shipping and as subscriber I get 15% off my whole order and 20% off diapers.  As Prime member you can also enjoy lots of free movies.  You get Prime benefits like Fire Stick was $20 ($50 for everyone else) and now Amazon released new product called Echo which only Amazon prime members can qualify to buy.  Prime members can get it for $99 and it sales on ebay for $400....

 

Because it's Christmas and Prime members promised 2 day shipping, Amazon will give you $1 movie credit if you postpone your shipping by 3 days.  I purchased poo load of little things for Christmas, like $5 to $10 things, all with free shipping.  I got about $15 in free movies right now.

Yes. I order a lot through Amazon though. I've order things at 6p and they're at my house by 10a the next day for free. You can't beat that.

yeah to echo what everyone else is saying i think it's worth it

 

it's convenient all around but if you're buying specialty items that are hard to find in retail stores it's awesome.  overnight shipping is really cheap.

I split it with my mom each year. She is in AZ and I'm in California. My wife loves the on demand shows and I love ordering doomsday prepper poo and tools and have it come in the mail the next day.

I may get this as well. Im thinking of a roku Netflix prime hybrid. The lack of sports from no cable is a deal breaker to me tho. Anybody find something for sports sans cable?

As a NCDOR agent, you are wrong if you live in NC Amazon charges the state rate. It is not just a sales tax, it is a sales & use tax. The use part is the catch.
